Here It Is: Operation Red Sand Chapter 1 – Part 1 Released!
Finally, here is the moment you have been waiting for. The first of 2 Parts of “Operation Red Sand – Chapter 1″ is finally published! Yehaaa :-)
After almost 1,5 years of hard work, with 97 passionate volunteers from all over europe, we finally finished the first of 6 parts.
The first two chapters, and therefore 4 parts, are produced in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with the help of the Frostbite-Engine 1.5, developed by Digital Illusions CE or, as most of you know it, DICE and published by Electronic Arts aka. EA. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is still played by a lot of shooter-fans, what allowed us to do this project. As some of you already know, we have chosen that we will produce the third and final chapter of “Operation Red Sand” in the new genre-giant of the same developer/publisher combo. We mean, of course, Battlefield 3, the unofficial successor of the former groundbreaking Battlefield 2, which is still enjoyed by hardcore fans to date.

Welcome to DragonSun.org v2.012 – Our New Website Is Here!
We are pleased to finally be able to welcome you on our new and 2nd version of DragonSun.org. A hint of Papst_Benedikt had NoSyMe, the creator and administrator of our website, came across the ComputerBase.de-thread of our current project “Operation Red Sand” where he offered to use his webdesign skills for a new, modern website. After several drafts where presented in said ComputerBase.de-thread, NoSyMe submitted a proposal that was to everyones liking, and so he began the implementation of said draft into the WWW.
DragonSun.org v2.012 is based on the English version of WordPress. We all decided that an English website would provide visitors from all over the world the opportunity to browse our website, though the team is German-speaking in general. NoSyMe then took the default WordPress 3-theme with the name “twentytwelve”, copied it and used it to make said draft, which was created in Adobe Photoshop CS4, into a WordPress theme. A lot of sweat, blood, feedback and 3 weeks later, just in time for the release of “Operation Red Sand – Chapter 1″, we can welcome you to our new site in the WWW.

We are pleased to announce that we are finally able to publish the first Release-Trailer of our latest and highly anticipated machinima “Operation Red Sand” on this beautiful day of Christmas Eve.
After 4 months of hard work, with 214 actors, 74 voice artists and many other hard-working volunteers who have mainly joined us from the ComputerBase.de-community, we allowed ourselves to take some time to present to you a sneak peek at the first of three chapters of “Operation Red Sand “.
